Safari Edventure is a non-profit organization located in S.W. Miami-Dade County, Florida. Our staff has been providing quality, hands-on environmental presentations for over 35 years. Our staff cares for over 80 species of exotic animals with over 200 animals on display each day on our 5 acre facility. We offer Curriculum Based School Presentations as well as fun Wildlife Presentations for Parties and Events, and Displays at Public or Corporate Functions, or just visit us for the day. We also offer exciting Day Camps with hands-on wildlife encounters, as well as fun environmental games and activities.

Hug a Kangaroo, Hold an Alligator, Play with Wolves, Pet a Sloth, and more! When you visit us, you will get a close up experience with over 50 species of wildlife from 5 continents including Kangaroos, Anteaters, Sloths, Fox, Monkeys, Fruit Bats, Armadillos, Alligators, Porcupines, Emus, Arctic Wolves, and much more. Join us for the Kangaroo & Wolf Encounters, and participate in one of our hands-on wildlife presentations offered several times each day. Our five beautiful acres are filled with over 100 mature native and exotic trees that provide lots of shade and interesting, interactive learning experiences. You will have the opportunity to visit the enchanting sunken rainforest garden, as well as our butterfly and hummingbird gardens. You can also explore our organic garden with herbs, spices and other intriguing plants in our candy, drinks, spices, vegetable, medicinal, and pizza sections. We hope to see you soon.Few experiences touch the heart and mind like a personal encounter with one of nature’s fascinating creatures. The resonance of a positive experience like this can last a lifetime. When you visit us, we do have a few snacks & drinks available, however, you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. Please take note of the following items that are not allowed. Juice pouches & juice boxes with small straws. Lollipops. Also, our entire facility is smoke free.

We are currently taking donations to help pay for cataract surgery for our Red Kangaroo, Roofus. Roofus came to us as a baby that was fed the wrong formula, which caused his cataracts. He is now an otherwise very healthy 3 year old, and we would like him to finally see what the other kangaroos see. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
