DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all parties and events. Pony Rides require a $30 deposit. Reservations will be held for two days without a deposit. Separate deposits are required for Party and Pony bookings, even if they are booked for the same party.

The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party or event and is not an additional charge. Deposits can be made by money order, check, or by using the PayPal Pay Now button on the left side of this page. Please pay only the deposit amount, and not the total for the party. Only cash is accepted the day of the party.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, however they may be applied to a rescheduled party or event without any penalty. We will need to be notified of any schedule changes no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. The event or party will need to be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date. Rescheduling is limited to one change of date.



OUR MISSION

Our goal is to make your party the best party. Please let us know what we can do for you.

We believe the services we offer are unique and won't be found anywhere else. However, we do sometimes hear about someone offering a wildlife presentation for a seemingly comparable price. If you are considering one of these, you should ask the following questions:

 
  • Are they insured? (We are.)
  • Will they bring 15 - 20 different animals to your party? (We do.)
  • Have their animals ever seriously injured anyone? (Ours haven't)
  • Have they ever had their permits revoked? (We haven't.)
  • Are they licensed by the Florida Game Commission, and USDA? (We are.)
  • Do they offer a total hands-on experience with the animals? (We do.)

We believe that if you have the answers to these questions, you will realize that just because someone is willing to bring a few animals to your party, that doesn't mean that you will get the best or the safest experience. We always provide a safe and memorable experience for you and your guests.
